Dog Close Ups

Now I know what you're thinking... more dogs!?  But you need to understand the danger in taking these photos.  Imagine getting down on the floor (doggy eye level) with eight 100 pound Labradors who think they are getting a special treat.  I got stepped on, drooled on, and Feather headbutted me in the chest. I worked for these photos!

Actually, the dogs were pretty good natured about the whole project - I think they're getting used to me crawling around and flashing lights at them.  They sure are a bunch of cuties!

Tonight's goal - take sharp, interesting close ups of each dog.

Wings is always happy to pose... and nap.

Quail was rolling on the floor saying 'pick me, pick me!'

Bullet was less excited.

Goose was his usual stoic self.

Gander put his head on my knee and went to sleep with all the dogs prancing around me.

Who is this!?  I thought it was Teal, but I think Quail snuck onto her bed.

Powder isn't sure what to think.  I love this picture!

I couldn't resist using this pic of Feather. Even though it's not perfect, it shows him peeking around the chair to see if the coast is clear. Too cute!
